Enrollment
If you are interested in learning if Beyond Autism is a good fit for your child, the enrollment process will consist of three steps. The team at Beyond Autism believes that “one size does not fit all”. We take the time to understand the needs of your child and the goals of the family. In order to determine if our program is well suited to assist in your child's growth, we conduct an honest assessment that includes the following:
STEP 1 Contact/records review:
If you are interested in finding if Beyond Autism is right for your family, please fill out the intake questionnaire (see button below) to start the enrollment process. Once completed, please send, along with any recent and pertinent records/evaluations to [email protected]
These may include:
Current IEP | MET Report | Behavior Intervention Plan | Psychological Testing | Speech/OT Evaluations
Once all documents have been received and reviewed, we will contact you within 3-5 business days to discuss our questions after reviewing as well as any questions/concerns you have for your child's education.

STEP 2 Observation Session:
The observation session can be conducted in two ways, both with the purpose of getting a snapshot of the child's current skill levels and areas of need. If the student's current placement will allow, we work with the family to try and set up a time to observe the student in their current classroom setting for 30-60 minutes. If this is not a possibility, for whatever reason, we ask the family to bring their child in for a half-day observation so that we may better understand the strengths and needs of the potential new student.

STEP 3 Family Commitment:
The final step prior to enrollment is a brief, 1-hour meeting with our school’s administration to answer any questions you may have about our program. During this meeting, we will also discuss your involvement as a family at Beyond Autism. Our commitment to our school, students, and our families is our highest priority. Therefore we rely on open communication, collaboration, and active participation between our team members and families. In addition, families are required to actively participate in the annual fundraiser in some capacity to ensure the continued growth and success of Beyond Autism.
